Hey ya"ll! Just a quick update to what is going on at the farm.
We have officially finished the worming study we participated in with North Carolina's dept. of Ag. They deteremined that most of our horses did not even need worming for the period of the study! Amazing. They also determined that our worms are immuned to Strongid, Therefore, we will be removing this from our rotation for awhile. We will be worming this month Aug. 1st, with Anthelcide EQ. followed by Equimax in October.
John has been working on his tan...farmers tan that is. He has bushhogged almost all the paddocks, treated the fence lines for weeds, and is replacing the gate posts. If he has any spare time he will start the aquatic center. haha
Thomas, Ricky, and Wayne have all been out within the past 2 weeks. If you missed them and need your horse seen by the farrier, please let me know and I will get an appointment set for you.
Please remember to turnoff the water at the house when you are finished and close all gates when you go thru. Thanks
